Inclusive minutes & data
In the event you want to offer inclusive minutes, data and SMS to your customers, Bundles are how you accomplish this within Billingbooth One.

Typically, as a reseller you'll often be selling a bundle you get from a supplier, these will typically show on CDRs as zero-rated items as your supplier will take care of what needs making inclusive, meaning you don't need to worry about creating a bundle for it in Billingbooth One yourself unless you plan to modify it (switch an unlimited bundle to being fixed allowance, for example).
Creating a new bundle
To get started, click the Voice, Data & SMS menu item in the left-hand navigation, then under the General sub-menu click Bundles.
To add a new bundle from the Bundles screen, click the Create Bundle button at the top-right of the screen.
When creating a bundle, all you can do is name the bundle using the Bundle Name field. Once that's done click the Create button to create the bundle and return to the Bundles listing screen.
Now that you've created the bundle, from the listing screen you can either Edit the bundle, to amend its name, Delete the bundle to remove it or you can click the Allowances button to add the components of the bundle.
Adding allowances to a bundle
Once on the Allowances listing screen for the bundle you've created, click the Add Allowance button at the top-right of the screen.
As previously mentioned, allowances are the components of a bundle. A bundle can have multiple allowances, so you could have say, a bundle with 1000 Voice minutes and 500 megabytes of Data.

Inclusive minutes/data/messages | Depending on which Type you select, this will be where you enter the amount of units of the specified type. |
Limit maximum length of a single call (if Type is Voice) | Choose whether you wish to limit the maximum call length of an inclusive call. |
Mode (if Limit maximum call length of a single call is checked) | Inclusive up to call length - The call will be inclusive up to the length you specify in the Maximum call length field. Anything beyond that will be charged as if it wasn't inclusive. Ignore if exceeded - If the call goes over the length specified in the Maximum call length field, the entire call will be charged as if it wasn't inclusive. |
Maximum call length (if Limit maximum call length of a single call is checked) | The maximum length in minutes you wish to limit an inclusive call. |
Filter
You're able to apply this bundle either across all time periods, or, by unchecking Apply accross all time periods, you can specify which time periods you wish to cover.
TIP
You can set up and adjust Time Periods for your supplier(s) by clicking Voice, Data & SMS in the side-navigation and then clicking Time Periods.
Once you're satisfied with what you've entered click the Next button to head to the Destinations section.
Destinations
Field | Description |

What to include | Destinations - If you wish to select specific destinations. Destination Groups - If you wish to select a pre-made group of destinations. |
Destinations | This field allows you to select Available Destinations or Destination Groups (depending on the What to include selection) that you have already created to add into the Included column so they become part of this specific allowance. |
Once you're satisfied with what you've entered click the Create allowance button to create the allowance and head back to the Allowances screen for the current bundle.
From here, you can add additional allowances if needed.
Applying a bundle to a customer
To add a bundle to a customer, click the Customers menu item in the left-hand navigation, then under the Customers sub-menu click Customers.
Click the name of the customer you wish to add the bundle to and then at the top of the screen click Voice, Data & SMS followed by Applied Bundles.
To add a new bundle from the Applied Bundles screen, click the Apply Bundle button at the top-right of the screen.

Bundle | Select which of your created bundles you'd like to apply to the customer. |
Quantity | The quantity of the selected bundle you wish to apply to the customer. |
Start Date | The date you wish the bundle(s) to take effect on this customer's Voice, Data & SMS records. |
Termination Date | An optional date in which the bundle will cease to be applied. Any Voice, Data & SMS records with a later date will no longer have this bundle applied to it. |
Restrict by | None - Allows you to apply the bundle(s) to the entire customer. Caller Line Identifier - Allows you to select one or more CLIs to apply the bundle(s) to directly. Cost Centre - Allows you to select one specific Cost Centre to apply the bundle(s) to directly. |
Identifiers (if Restrict by set to Caller Line Identifier) | This field allows you to select which CLIs to apply the bundle to by adding them to the Included list. |
Cost Centre (if Restrict by set to Cost Centre) | This field allows you to select which Cost Centre to apply the bundle to by selecting them from the drop-down list. |
Once you're satisfied with what you've entered click the Apply button to apply the bundle(s) and head back to the Applied Bundles screen.
