What is customer access?

Customer Access is the mechanism with which your customers can view historical invoices, payments and calls, whilst also allowing self-serve options to update their information with you via the Web Portal.

Through the File Service, your customers can also retrieve CDR and SDR files via SFTP, which can be accessed via programs such as FileZilla or WinSCP, or hooked into existing billing systems.
