Voice, Data & SMS Reports
Throughout Billingbooth there are a range of reports available to you to help with any analytical requirements you might have. In this article, we'll go over all the currently available voice, data & SMS related reports and where to find them.
Bundle usage

Click Reports in the main-navigation
Usage:
Returns a full list of all destinations in which bundle along with its usage over the specified period.
Filtered By:
Date Range
Columns in Excel Export:
Bundle Name, Destination Name, Destination Type, Supplier, Cost Price, Customers Using It, Calls, Minutes, Megabytes, Messages
Caller Line Identifiers
Found at:
Click Voice, Data & SMS > Caller Line Identifiers in the main-navigation, and then click the Export button at the top-right of the Caller Line Identifiers panel.
Usage:
Returns a full list of all caller line identifiers across all your customers.
Filtered By:
Type, Exclude from billing, Line identifier
Columns in Excel Export:
Identifier, Description, Customer Name, Customer Reference, Cost Centre, Type, Exclude from Voice, Data & SMS billing, Exclude from Service File billing
Voice Destinations
Found at:
Click Voice, Data & SMS > Voice (under the Destinations sub-menu) in the main-navigation, followed by the Export button at the top-right of the Voice Destinations panel, and then select either Destinations or Rate Sheet.

Usage:
Destinations - Returns a full list of all voice destinations for a particular supplier.
Rate Sheet - Returns a full rate sheet for a particular supplier, filterable by tariff, customer or organisation.

Customer Specific: Voice, Data & SMS Record History
Found at:
Click Customers > Customers in the main-navigation, click a customer name to go to their overview screen, and then click Voice, Data & SMS > Record History in the top-navigation, followed by the Export button at the top-right of the screen where you can then either select the Download PDF, Download CSV or Download CDR report.

Usage:
CSV - Returns a CSV (comma separated values) format export of Voice, Data & SMS line items for this customer.
CDR - Returns a CDR (call detail record) format export of Voice, Data & SMS line items for this customer.
