Force Two-Factor Authentication

WARNING

If you have user accounts for use with our API and they are unable to programmatically handle two-factor authentication, you will need to head to Settings > Users and then Edit the applicable API user, and ensure that Exempt from Two-factor Authentication is enabled.

If this is not enabled, and you turn Force Two-factor Authentication on, your API user will be met with 403 Forbidden responses.

This option can be found by heading to Settings in the main navigation menu, and then under the Security sub-heading, clicking General. Then simply enable Force Two-factor Authentication.

Enabling this option will force users on the account to set up two-factor authentication in order to access the portal.
